If you choose to extend then that is where we can help. We can take care of everything from design right the way through to completion, or if you have your own architect then we can just do the build.

Whether you need a single or double storey, side or rear extension then we are here to give you that extra space needed.

What To Expect

First Contact

From our first contact we will get a idea of what you require and we will arrange a visit if you don't already have architect plans drawn up. If you do have plans already, we ask them to be emailed over and we can start to quote from the plans and a estimate for the project can done.

Plans and Planning

Once we have the plans, they can be submitted to the local council for approval, this can take up to 6-8 weeks if you need fully planning approval and another 6-8 weeks for the building regulations to be approved. You don't always need to go with full planning so you may only need the building regulations to be approved.
