What To Expect
First Contact
From our first contact we will get a idea of what you require and we will arrange a visit if you don't already have architect plans drawn up. If you do have plans already, we ask them to be emailed over and we can start to quote from the plans and a estimate for the project can done.
Plans and Planning
Once we have the plans, they can be submitted to the local council for approval, this can take up to 6-8 weeks if you need fully planning approval and another 6-8 weeks for the building regulations to be approved. You don't always need to go with full planning so you may only need the building regulations to be approved.
Start to Build
Once approval has been given. a start date is agreed with yourselves and then your new extension will start to take shape.
